Florida Man Shockingly Resolves Conflict At Local Bar

A Florida man shocked the world as he successfully de-escalated a bar fight this weekend. I know – unbelievable.

It was 8:30 PM on Saturday when Florida man Charlie Hopskin walked into a Gainesville, Florida bar to meet two of his friends. Shortly after arriving, Charlie’s friends got into a heated argument about who was the superior NASCAR driver – Dale Earnhardt Sr. or Dale Earnhardt Jr. The argument quickly escalated to pushing and shoving when Charlie jumped off his barstool and intervened.

He was able to get his friends to calm down and agree to disagree. They finished their beers and left the bar. But bystanders were in shock by what they had just witnessed.

“I couldn’t believe it. This Florida man didn’t pick up a beer bottle and break it on one of his friend’s heads. He didn’t strip down to his underwear. He didn’t even raise his voice. He just stopped the fight like a normal person. It was amazing.” – Bar patron that witnessed the incident
